Advisory Board Volunteers Needed

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners is seeking applications for currently available positions on many county advisory boards, including three positions on the Jackson County Public Library Board. Please consider applying for one of the library positions, as well as spots on any of the other boards. We need people on the advisory boards who actually care about the advisory area they want to volunteer for. The commissioners have recently selected board members for the library boards who are completely unqualified for their positions. This is having a negative effect on our county. Show the commissioners that there are many people with expertise and/or a strong interest in helping our county be the best it can be!
